I am delighted to welcome you all back to a new school year at Madison Elementary School! It is with great excitement and anticipation that I join this wonderful community as your new principal. With 27 years of experience in education and 18 years serving as a principal, I am committed to creating an enriching and supportive environment for all our students, families, and staff.

Throughout my career, I have held a steadfast belief that all children can learn and thrive given the right support and opportunities. My educational philosophy is rooted in equity, ensuring that every student receives the resources and encouragement they need to succeed. I am dedicated to fostering an inclusive and nurturing atmosphere where every child feels valued and capable of achieving their best.

As we embark on this new journey together, my goal is to create a community of collaboration where we all work together to support our children's growth and development. I believe that strong partnerships between families, educators, and the broader community are essential for student success.
